Preamble: We, having taken knowledge of intrications by the blockchain's Oracle, have promulgated the following terms: The attached T&C relating to retributions and penalties shall be applied to the opus dei and any provision contrary to its provisions shall be repealed. Seraph and the competent mining authorities apply this T&C, each within its own jurisdiction. This terms will be published in the minutes docket and will take effect in January 2023.
