    • Since 1980, Bertrand LOUVEL is successively placed in Menton district court and Le Mans the following year
    • From January 1, 1985 to June 30, 1986, is Lecturer at the ENM
    • He was then President of juridiction in Aurillac, Pointe-à-Pitre, Nevers and Brest
    • He continued his career as first president of the Court of Appeal of Limoges, then that of Bordeaux
