Lamination vs ITO

Although they are similar, lamination and ITO films do not serve the same functions.

Lamination

Lamination is placed outside the electroluminescent panel. It provides an encapsulation of the different layers in a closed environment. It can be install cold or hot.
We recommend DIGIkote by transilwrap company. Lot # F300525GD 90 µm Minimum

Processing Speed 1.0 - 5.0m/min.
Warm-up Time Approx. 15 - 30min.
Temperature Range Room Temperature, 60 - 145°C

ITO film is the support conductivity of electrons between the phosphor surface and the opaque conductive surface. Its minimum resistance is 100 Ohms.

Once ITO printed with electroluminescent components, do not cut the sealing area and contour.
