PRIVACY POLICY

 

The privacy policy of The New York Providers and Inception (NYP) was updated January 1, 2021. The changes were made primarily to cover the new features that will be released with Studio apps or provide additional information on the use of existing data such as data from the third user supplied by our users (e.g when we track intellectual property against illegal streaming). No changes are retroactive.

Your privacy is important to NYP. We have developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices and let us know if you have any questions.

 

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person. You may be asked to provide your personal information when you interact with NYP paid services or a subside. NYP and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content and advertising.

In the US, we may ask you an identity document in limited circumstances, including when setting up an account and activate your license in order to extend trade credit, production management, or as required by law. Please take care when using these features.

 

INTEGRITY AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

NYP allows you to keep your personal information accurate, complete and current. We will keep your professional information for the period necessary to achieve the objectives set forth in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

 

ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

For personal information that we hold, we will give you access to other purposes, including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if NYP is not required to keep by law or for legitimate business reasons. We may refuse to process the frivolous / vexatious requests, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely practical, or for which access is not required by local law. CHILDREN

 

We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children who use NYP products and services. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 18, or the age equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction, without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, or equivalent minimum age depending on the jurisdiction, without first obtaining verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information and agreements as soon as possible. Children under 18 years of age or the age equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction, are not allowed to create their own ID Store.

 

SITES AND THIRD PARTY SERVICES

 

NYP sites, products, applications and services may contain links to third party websites, products and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties - for example, a third-party application Studio. Please note that personal information, including information provided when using NYP options, as regards persons residing in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland is controlled by NYP in Paris, France. Personal information collected outside the EEA and Switzerland when using NYP options is controlled by NYP in Manhattan, USA.

NYP complies with the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
