The privacy policy of The New York Providers and Inception (NYP) was updated January 1, 2021. The changes were made primarily to cover the new features that will be released with Studio apps or provide additional information on the use of existing data such as data from the third user supplied by our users (e.g when we track intellectual property against illegal streaming). No changes are retroactive.

Personal information collected outside the EEA and Switzerland when using NYP options is controlled by NYP in Manhattan, USA.
